Natural acne creams and eat banana in acne

One of the worst foods for acne must be avoided as much as possible. This food is oils. Not all oils, but most vegetable type oils should be avoided. These oils are really bad for the skin and are filled with inflammatory substances. So avoid that bad food. Look in your ingredients and if it has canola oil, sunflower seed oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, or anything like that avoid it.
What you could do is to have a bath twice daily in warm water, as warm as you can bathe comfortably. Use a soft soap, with a cleanser, less of detergent, and sufficient moisturizer. Try baby soap. And wash your affected area more times than one. Do it tenderly. Don't fool around, trying to take it off or keeping your fingers from feeling it all the time. Pat the area dry, don't scrub. When buying cosmetics, you have a wide variety of choices. Try some of them; look for those which have less oil, high moisturizer content, and those skin softeners. And yes, have faith and confidence in yourself. How is something you have to find an answer to. Remember, we said earlier that at this age, any advice is just a put down, and not REAL?
Another interesting new treatment, named Murad, does not use benzoyl peroxide which can dry out skin in some cases, to control acne. This unique solution does use sylicylic acid however, which is quite common. However, what makes it unique is that it uses hydrogen preoxide to help clean out the pores of bacteria. This is not common in most cleansers. This cleanser also combines hydrating agents and antioxidants in the skin to help keep skin soft and smooth as it should be.
